摘　　要：改扩新建是打造绿色医院建筑的有效方法和手段,也是实施绿色医院建设的基础和前提。绿色医院建设的策略应重视传统技术潜力的挖掘与主动尝试创新并举,坚持改扩新建工作与绿色医院建筑、绿色医院能源、绿色医院环境、绿色医院的管理有机结合在一起,通过改扩新建探索医院整体节约方式和选择成熟技术标准产品。The practice of modification, extension and new construction is the effective method to create green hospital buildings, the basis and premise for implementing the construction of green hospitals. The strategy of establishing green hospitals focuses on both excavation of traditional technology and active trial and innovation, and adheres to organic unities of modification, extension and new construction with green hospital buildings, green hospital energy resources, green hospital environment and green hospital management. The overall saving ways and the choosing of mature technical stand- ardized products are explored in the practice of modification, extension and new construction.
