摘　　要：文中分析了部分小型油船利用双层底舱装运货油为多赚运费的违章行为,指出了违章原因,并提出了相应的建议。This paper analyzed the violations of some small-sized oil tankers carrying cargo oil in double bottom tank for the purpose of earning more freight charges, indicated the causes of such violation, and gave some relevant proposals.
