摘 要:针对油田压裂废液COD高、难降解的特点,分别采用UV/Fenton和UV/H2O2/草酸铁络合物法对其进行氧化处理,并研究了废液初始pH值、H2O2投加量、n(H2O2)/n(Fe2+)、n(Fe2+)/n(草酸)对压裂废液CODCr去除效果的影响。结果表明,在紫外光照射下、介质pH值为6.0、双氧水(H2O2)投加量为0.25%、n(H2O2)/n(Fe2+)为2.0,n(Fe2+)/n(C2O42-)为3.0条件下,UV/H2O2/草酸铁络合物体系对压裂废液的CODCr去除率达50%,与UV/H2O2氧化体系相比,去除效果较明显。Oilfield fracturing wastewater is difficult to be degradation by conventional treat-merit processes for high organism concentration and non-biodegradation.UV/Fenton and UV/ H2OJFerrioxalate complexes was investigated in this study.Several factors including initial pH value, concentration of FeSO4 and H202 were discussed to determine their effects on the removal efficiency of CODcr. The experimental results revealed that under the condition that initial pH value=6.0,H202 dosage was 0.25 %, the mole ratio of H202 to Fe^2+ being 2.0 and the mole ratio of Fe2+ to oxalate being 3.0,the removal efficiency of CODcr reached to 50 %. Compared to UV/Fenton,the removal efficiency of CODcr by UV/H2OJFerrioxalate complexes was more effective.
