摘　　要：本文介绍一种新型复合材料托辊——自润滑超混杂复合材料托辊。它在套筒由超混杂复合材料制作；轴承采用聚苯硫醚三元共混自润滑耐磨复合材料制作的自润滑滑动轴承。从材料、结构和润滑方式上，解决了防尘、防水、防腐、耐磨等技术难题。： The author inteoduces a new kind of idler used in the belt conveyor named the superhybrid and self－ lubricating composite material idlers(SSCI), which mainly consist of the pulley made by the superhybrid and the self－ lubricating composite bearing made by PPS tri－ element alloying composite material. The SSCI have the property of ash－ proof, water－ proof, anti－ friction and anti－ wearing.
