中药龙血竭片治疗视网膜静脉阻塞52例临床观察

摘　　要：目的评价中药龙血竭片(肠溶衣)治疗视网膜静脉阻塞的临床疗效。方法视网膜静脉阻塞患者共52人52眼,龙血竭片(肠溶衣)口服,每日3次,每次2.4 g,连服3个月。观察治疗前后最佳矫正视力变化和眼底情况等。结果患者治疗前后视力检查结果:治疗前与治疗后1个月、2个月和3个月分别比较,t值分别为1.93、2.37和3.38,P分别为>0.05、<0.05和<0.01,表明治疗后1个月与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后2个月与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义;治疗后3个月与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义。眼底检查结果:治疗后1个月:进步8眼,占73.08%,无效14眼,占26.92%;治疗后2个月:显效13眼,占25%,进步32眼,占61.54%,无效7眼,占13.46%;治疗后3个月:显效40眼,占76.92%,进步8眼,占15.39%,无效3眼,占5.77%,恶化1眼,占1.92%。结论中药龙血竭片可以作为治疗视网膜静脉阻塞患者的有效手段之一。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine Longxuejie Tablets（En- teric Coated）on retinal vein occlusion. Methods Fifty -two patients（52 eyes）of retinal vein occlusion were treated with Longxuejie Tablets （ Enteric Coated） for oral administration, three times a day, 2.4g each time, continuously for 3 months. The optimal changes in rectified vision and eye fundus situation were observed be- fore and after treatment. Results Concerning to the visual results before and after treatment, t values were 1.93,2.37 and 3.38 in 1 month,2 months and 3 months after treatment as compared with those before treat- ment separately, P 〉0.05, 〈0.05 and 〈0.01 separately. The differences were not significant in 1 month after treatment as compared with those before treatment. The differences were significant in 3 months after treatment as compared with those before treatment. In terms of eye fundus examination,in 1 month after treat- ment,8 eyes were improved（73.08% ） ;14 eyes were failed（26.92% ） ;in 2 months, 13 eyes were effective remarkably（25% ） ,32 eyes were improved（61.54% ） and 7 eyes were failed（ 13.46% ） ;in 3 months after treatment ,40 eyes were effective remarkably（76.92% ） ,8 eyes were improved（ 15.39% ） ,3 eyes were failed （5.77%） and 1 eye was deteriorated （ 1.92% ）. Conclusion The medication of Chinese medicine Longxue- jie Tablets is one of the effective approaches in treatment of retinal vein occlusion.
