摘 要:对创新文化系统进行分析,将创新文化系统分为创新环境与条件、创新制度与行为以及创新价值观念3个子系统。结合系统动力学相关理论,使用累计专利申请量和员工对创新认同度2个水准变量构建模型,以沈阳装备制造业创新为例进行模型的检验和校正,并对沈阳装备制造业创新文化进行变量影响模拟和变量延迟测试,理清创新教育投入、创新环境建设投入、知识产权保护程度、R&D经费投入和政府拨款5个因素对沈阳装备制造业创新文化的影响程度及影响机理。创新文化的影响因素研究有利于实现持续的装备制造业科技创新。The innovation culture system is analyzed, and is devided into three subsystems of innovation environment and conditions, innovation institution and behavior, and innovation values. Combined with related theories of system dynamics, a model is constructed based on two level variables of cumulative amount of patent applications and recognition degree of innovation of staff. The model is tested and corrected by case study of innovation of equipment manufacturing industry in Shenyang City, and variable influence simulation and variable delay test are produced on innovation culture of equipment manufacturing industry in Shenyang City, so as to clarify the influence degree and influence mechanism of five factors on innovation culture of equipment manufacturing industry in Shenyang City, namely, the investment of innovation education, the investment of innovation environment construction, the protection degree of intellectual property, the R&D funding, and the government grants. The research on influencing factors of innovation culture will benefit the achievement of sustained technological innovation of equipment manufacturing industry.
