摘　　要：联苯胺重排是指N,N′-二芳基肼在酸催化下发生分子内重排反应形成对联苯胺的反应。作为经典的有机化学反应,联苯胺重排在有机合成中应用广泛,是合成含有双氨基联苯类化合物的一个重要方法。综述了近年来联苯胺重排在有机合成中的应用,具体包括含碳芳环和含杂芳环二芳基肼在酸性条件下的重排反应以及联苯胺重排在天然产物全合成中的应用。The benzidine rearrangement is an acid-catalyzed intramolecular rearrangement of N,N′-diarylhydrazines to generate benzidine derivatives.As one of the most important and classic organic reactions,benzidine rearrangement has been widely applied in organic synthesis for preparing diaminophenyl derivatives.In this paper,the application of benzidine rearrangements in organic synthesis is reviewed,including acid-catalyzed rearrangements of symmetric or unsymmetric N,N′-diarylhydrazines that contain aryl and heteroaryl functional groups,to afford the corresponding diaminophenyl derivatives.In addition,the application of the benzidine rearrangement in total synthesis of natural products has also been introduced.
