摘　　要：目的:观察盐酸米诺环素和3%双氧水联合应用用于治疗种植体周围炎的临床疗效。方法:对BLB种植系统96例114枚种植体检查发现患有种植体周围炎的27枚,早期局部用盐酸米诺环素和3%双氧水治疗。结果:仅发生少量骨质吸收,未有龈瘘的BLB种植体周围炎早期局部治疗疗效满意。结论:盐酸米诺环素和3%双氧水联合应用是早期治疗BLB种植体周围炎的有效方法。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of minocy cline-hydrochloride and 3% hydrogen peroxide. Method： By examination of 114 pieces in 96 eases of implants of BLB implant system,27 pieces of peri-implantitis were found. Treated them with minoey eline-hydrochloride and 3% hydrogen peroxide at early stage. Result： It＇s satisfied that the result about BLB peri-implantitis had a few bone absorption,but no gingiva fistula. Conclusion：It is effective to treat peri-implantitis at early stage use with cline-hydrochloride and 3% hydrogen peroxide as local application.
