摘　　要：详细介绍在用户现场、在距地面约18 m高空工作层面,设计搭设两级工艺工作平台和拆卸式扶梯进行塔板的输送、拆卸和立式安装工艺。空分设备精馏塔塔板立式安装工艺不仅能保障工作人员的施工安全,更能通过设计工艺踏板将工作人员与塔板分离,解决了工作人员在操作过程中对塔板造成的损坏,保证了塔板的安装水平度。Here, the process of conveyance, disassembly and vertical installation of trays on overhead work layer 18 above the ground in the user＇ s site through design and erection of two-state working platform and detachable ladder is detailed. The vertical installation process of trays in rectification tower of air separation plant ensures safe construction, and its separation of the working personnel from the tray through a designed step prevents the damage of the tray by the working personnel during the operation process and ensures installation levelness of the trav.
