长春西汀与丁咯地尔治疗梅尼埃氏病临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨长春西汀注射液与丁咯地尔注射液治疗梅尼埃氏病临床疗效。方法:36例梅尼埃氏病患者采用香丹联合丁咯地尔治疗(对照组)和长春西汀与丁咯地尔治疗(观察组)。所有病例均做声导抗及纯音测听检查,观察听力变化;观察症状改善情况以及治疗过程中出现的不良反应;随访观察两组患者复发情况。结果:两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:长春西汀注射液与丁咯地尔注射液治疗梅尼埃氏病疗效好、恢复快,在临床上值得推广。Objective： to observe the efficiency of Vinpocetin associated with Buflomedil in the treatment of Meniere＇s disease.Methods： 36 patients with Meniere＇s disease were individually received by Xiangdan injection associated with Buflomedil（control group）and Vinpocetin associated with Buflomedil（treatment group）.Follow up patients with recurrence of two groups.Side-reaction were also observed.All cases were received by acoustic immitance and pure tone audiometry.Results： P 0.05,P0.01.Conclusion： Vinpocetin associated with Buflomedil is effective in the treatment of Meniere＇s disease.
