摘  要:选用120只4周龄扬州鹅,随机分为3个日粮组,每个日粮组4个重复,试验共42 d.对照组鹅饲喂基础日粮,试验组鹅饲喂低水平水葫芦青贮日粮(水葫芦鲜质量占36.58%)和高水平水葫芦青贮日粮(水葫芦鲜质量占54.87%).育肥5~8周龄,水葫芦青贮日粮组鹅平均日增质量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),育肥9~10周龄,高水葫芦组和对照组鹅的平均日增质量显著小于低水葫芦青贮组(P<0.05),说明在扬州鹅生长发育中后期低水葫芦组生长性能最好.高水葫芦青贮组鹅全净膛率、半净膛率、腹脂率显著低于对照组和低水葫芦组(P<0.05),说明高纤维水平日粮虽然减少了脂肪沉积,但一定程度上降低了鹅的屠宰性能.高水葫芦组因其纤维量增大及营养浓度稀释使得鹅消化道质量及长度代偿性增大,显著高于对照组和低水葫芦组(P<0.05).表明与对照组和高水葫芦青贮组相比,低水葫芦青贮日粮对鹅表现出了较好的饲喂效果.A total of 120 four-week-old Yangzhou goslings were randomly assigned into 3 groups, with four repli- cates for one group. Goslings in group 1 was fed on low-level water hyacinth silage diet( low water hyacinth +basal diet), goslings in group 2 was fed on high-level water hyacinth( high-level water hyacinth + basal diet) , and goslings in group 3 fed on basal diet was set as control. The experiment lasted 42 d. At age of 5-8 week old, the average daily weight gain of Yangzhou goslings fed on water hyacinth silage diets was higher than that in control group ( P〈0. 05 ), and the average daily weight gain of goslings in low-level water hyacinth group ( water hyaeith accounting for 36.58%, fresh weight) was higher than those of goslings in other two groups at age of 9-10 week old (P〈0. 05 ), suggesting that the growth performance wasbetter off for goslings fed on low-level water hyacinth silage diet at middle to late growth stages. The percentage of eviscerated yield, percentage of half-eviscerated yield, and abdominal fat percentage of gosling in high-level water hy- acinth group were lower than that in control group (P〈 0. 05 ), indicating that although high-fibre diet reduced thedeposit of fat, it brought down the slaughter performance of goslings. The weight and length of gastrointestine of goslings in high-level water hyacinth group were greater than those in low water hyacinth group and control group due to the compensa- tory hypertrophy resulting from the increase of fibre and decrease of nutrition. It was concluded that low-level water hyacinth diet was better for the gowth of Yangzhou gosling.
