摘  要:为研究外源脯氨酸(Proline)对盐胁迫下甜瓜幼苗生长、光合作用和光合荧光参数的影响,以耐盐性不同的2个甜瓜品种玉皇和雪美为材料,采用营养液培养进行试验。结果表明:(1)外源脯氨酸缓解盐胁迫对甜瓜幼苗生长的抑制,提高盐胁迫下甜瓜幼苗叶绿素a、叶绿素b及总叶绿素含量;(2)盐胁迫显著降低甜瓜的净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、胞间CO2浓度(Ci)和水分利用率(WUE),外源脯氨酸显著提高盐胁迫下雪美甜瓜幼苗Pn、Gs、Ci和WUE,但对玉皇的效果不显著;(3)盐胁迫显著降低雪美光系统Ⅱ(PSⅡ)实际效率(ΦPSⅡ)和光化学淬灭系数(qP),外源施用脯氨酸提高ΦPSⅡ和qP,而对2个品种甜瓜的PSⅡ最大潜在光化学效率(Fv/Fm)和非光化学淬灭(qN)的影响不显著(P>0.05)。可以推断外源脯氨酸可以通过改善甜瓜的光合作用,减轻盐胁迫对植株的伤害,这种作用效果也因品种差异而不同。To study the effects of exogenous proline on seedling growth, photosynthesis and photosynthetic fluorescence characteristics in the leaves of melon under salt stress, two melon cultivars ( Cucumis melo L. cv. Yuhuang and cv. Xuemei) with different salt tolerances were investigated in a nutrient solution culture system. The results showed that: (1) Exogenous proline ameliorated the adverse effects of salt stress on plant growth, improved the chlorophyll a, b and total chlorophyll con- tents. (2) Salt stress markedly decreased the net ohotosvnthetic rate (P..). stomatal conductance (G ~. intercelhdar CO2 etm-centration (C) and water use efficiency (WUE). Exogenous proline markedly increased the P,, G~, Ci and WUE of Xuemei melon seedlings under salt stress. (3) Salt stress significantly decreased PS 1I actual fluorescence ( φPSⅡ ) and photochemical quenching (qP) of Xuemei which were raised by exogenous proline application, howev- er exogenous proline couldn' t changed the maximal quan- tum efficiency of PSII photochemistry ( Fv/Fm ) and qN oftwo melon cuhivars under salt stress (P〉0. 05). It is concluded that exogenous proline could alleviated the injury of melon seedlings under salt stress through improving the photosynthesis, however, these effects were cuhivar specific.
