猪牙皂正丁醇提取物含药血清抑制人肝癌细胞SMMC-7721的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:研究猪牙皂提取物正丁醇部位对人肝癌细胞SMMC-7721的抑制效应。方法:40只Wistar雄性大鼠分为4组,其中1组给予生理盐水,其余3组分别给予高、中、低剂量猪牙皂正丁醇提取物(0.6g·kg-1·d-1、0.3g·kg-1·d-1、0.15g·kg-1·d-1)灌喂3天,采集其含药血清作用于人肝癌SMMC-7721细胞,MTT法检测细胞抑制率。结果:猪牙皂正丁醇提取物中、低剂量明显抑制人肝癌SMMC-7721细胞,高剂量无明显效果。结论:猪牙皂正丁醇提取物能够抑制人肝癌SMMC-7721细胞。Objective： To study the inhibitory effect of butanol extract of gleditsia sinensis Lam. on human hepatoma cell line SMMC-7721. Methods： Forty Wistar male rats were divided into four groups, one group was given normal saline gastrogavage as a control group and other three groups were given respectively by high （0. 6g·kg^-1·d^-1 ）, middle （0. 3g·kg^-1·d^-1 ）, and low （0. 15g·kg^-1·d^-1 ） dosage of butanol extract of gleditsia for three days, then collecting medicated serum to affect on human hepatoma cell line SMMC-7721. Inhibition ratio was calculated by MTF essay. Results： There were significantly on middle and low doses of butanol extract of gleditsia inhibited human hepatoma cell SMMC-7721, but no significant in high dosage group. Conclusion： Butanol extract of gleditsia can suppress human hepatoma cell line SMMC-7721.
