摘　　要：介绍了色纺纱特性,探讨了色纺纱生产环节质量控制点及工艺技术措施,通过从染色原料的选用、棉花染色、混和、混色方式、配色过程、色纺配棉、各工序工艺及设备的调整和车间生产现场的管理等多方面采取措施,保证了色纺纱颜色准确、色比均匀,减少了色点、横档的产生,可纺性得到提高。The characters of color spun yarn are introduced with color spun yam production process quality control points and technological control measures discussed. Proper selection of dyes, cotton dyeing, blending, blending ratio, color match, color fiber distributing, as well as readjustment of technologies of various processes and equipments and management of workshops in the production have to be adopted to guarantee accurate color, uniform color ratio, reduction of color staining and transversal striations, to improve the spinnability.
