摘 要:为提高纤维素纤维与聚酯纤维混合物含量的检测效率,在对纤维素纤维和聚酯纤维在95℃ ~ 100℃、75%的硫酸中耐酸性试验的基础上,通过数据对比试验,得出了快速定量测试纤维素纤维/聚酯纤维混合物含量的方法为:每克试样放入100 mL经水浴预热到95℃~ 100℃的75%硫酸中,不停摇动2 min.对快速测试法的测试结果,采用t检验和F检验分析后证明,与GB/T 2910.11标准方法无显著性差异.采用改进后的检测方法后,每个试样可以节约硫酸用量50%,缩短检验溶解时间96%以上.In order to improve the content detection efficiency of cellulose and polyester fiber blends, the anti-acid properties of the two fibers are tested at 95~C solution temperature and in 75% of sulfuric acid, and based on the comparison of the detailed tested data, a rapid quantity analysis method for detection of the two fibers mixture content is gained. One gram sample is wetted sufficiently by 100mL of 75% sulfuric acid in the flask placed in water bath at 95~C - 100~C and preheated for two minutes with a turning. The experiment result indicates no obvious difference against the standards of GB/T 2910.11 after tested and analyzed by use of t test and F test . The new method can save a 50% sulfuric acid for one test and shorten the test solution duration more than 96%.
