摘　　要：开发了一套细纱工艺管理软件,能在系统中存入各类细纱机的设备参数、配备的变换齿轮参数及优化的工艺数据,可利用计算机生成细纱工艺单和辅助日常管理,达到合理配置细纱工艺、合理使用变换齿轮、保证产品质量及方便日常工艺调节的最佳效果。A set of spinning process management softwares are developed. In the system, various type of spinning equipment parameters, change gear parameters and optimized process data are stored. The using of the computer can generate spinning process and assist daily management to achieve the rational allocation of spinning process, the rational use of change gear, the safeguard of product quality, and be easy to daily process adjust.
