摘　　要：对羊绒、ABPF抗菌性纤维以及抗起球处理腈纶进行了性能分析。阐述了半精纺、色纺纱和段彩纺纱技术的原理,纺制出具有花式竹节纱效果的38 tex 50/30/20羊绒/ABPF纤维/抗起球腈纶双彩段彩纱。对细纱机进行了改造,对细纱机的关键技术问题进行了探讨。对段彩纺纱工艺参数进行了优化,优化后制得纱线柔软、舒适、抗菌、抗起球且具有特殊花式效果,具有较高的经济效益和市场价值。The properties of Cashmere, ABPF antibacterial fiber and anti-pilling acrylic are analyzed, the spinning system of semi-worsted, fiber-dyed yarn spinning and section-color spinning have been introduced. The double-color fancy yarn is made. The yarn specifications is Cashmere/ABPF fiber/anti-pilling acrylic 50/30/20 38tex. The spinning machine is reformed, the section-color spinning process parameters were optimized, the main key technology of spinning machine is discussed. The yarn is soft, comfortable, antibacterial, anti pilling and has a special artistic effect, which has high economic benefit and market value.
