摘　　要：为研究纺织服装专业市场对其区域产业集群的影响,选取纺织服装专业市场、区域产业集群的量化指标,以构建计量经济模型,并以中国东方丝绸市场及其相应区域产业集群数据进行实证分析,得出如下结论:总资产、股东权益、董事平均报酬促进区域产业集群的发展,营业房出租毛利率阻碍区域产业集群的发展,而专业市场利润对区域产业集群发展无显著影响。根据研究结论,从专业市场角度提出了发展区域产业集群的对策建议。In order to study the effect of textile ＆ garment markets on their regional industrial clusters, quantitative indicators of textile ＆ garment specialized markets and regional industrial clusters were selected, and an econometric model was buih. Then the empirical analysis by data of China Eastern Silk Market and its corresponding industrial clusters were carried out, thus the following conclusion has been drawn： Total Asset, Shareholders＇ Equity and Directors Average Remuneration promote the development of its corresponding regional industrial clusters, Business Rental Gross Margin hinders, while the profits of specialized markets have no significant effect on the development of regional industrial clusters. At last, from the perspective of specialized markets, the author puts forward suggestions to develop regional industrial clusters.
