广西岩滩水库移民生活水平及其影响因素探讨

摘　　要：为了解广西岩滩水库移民生活水平状况,通过访谈问卷的方式对7个县1 840个移民进行调查,运用统计分析方法分析了移民生活水平现状及影响因素。按照马斯洛的需求层次理论和20/80法则分析,结果表明,现阶段广西岩滩水库移民生活水平一般。移民的生理需要、社交需要得到了满足,但移民安全的需要、尊重的需要、自我实现的需要未得到满足;现阶段影响移民生活水平提高的最主要因素是移民在后期扶持、劳动技能培训、参加公共事务讨论、意见受重视等方面的需求得不到满足。Through interview and questionnaire, the paper presents an investigation on the living standard of 1840 immigrants from seven counties due to construction of Yantan Reservoir in Guangxi Province. The current situation and influencing factors of their living conditions are analyzed according to Maslow~ hierarchy of needs, the 20/80 rule （ Pareto Principle） and statistical analysis method. The analyzing results indicate that the physiological and social needs of immigrants are satisfied, but their needs of security, esteem and self- realization are not satisfied. The most significant factors affecting the improvement of living conditions are the dissatisfaction in post -resettlement support, labor skill training, and participation in discussion of public affairs.
