摘　　要：利用Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire软件中的结构分析模块进行天线座的模拟仿真优化设计,是结构设计中越来越重要的设计手段。此优化设计方法对减少制造成本,缩短设计制造周期和产品质量具有重要意义。选取了天线座设计中常用的方位支撑结构-圆形筒状结构进行强度计算,根据结果修改相关参数再次计算,依照此方法在满足设计要求指标的前提下获得质量最轻的结构设计。Base on the powerful analysis of Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire,the optimization technology has become an important way in the design of antenna pedestal.It＇s good for the reduction of manufacturing cost,shorting of product.This paper analyses and calculates the cylinder of the pedestal.According to the result of analyses,we modify the parameter of design.In this way,we gain the result of optimize at the lightest weight.
