摘  要:以SnCl4·5H2O和Pb(NO3)2为原料,采用超声辅助共沉淀法成功制备出超细PbSnO3粉体,用XRD、SEM和EDS对其结构、形貌和元素组成进行了表征,通过DSC和TG研究了超细PbSnO3对HMX热分解的催化性能。结果表明,加入PbSnO3粉体后,HMX的初始分解温度和分解峰温分别下降10.5℃和12.2℃,分解放热由1 350J/g提高至1 573J/g;采用非等温法和等温法研究了超细PbSnO3催化HMX热分解动力学,得到了表观活化能Ea、指前因子A和相应的分解动力学方程。The PbSnO3 ultrafine powder was successfully prepared by an ultrasound / co-precipitation method,using SnCl4 · 5H2O and Pb(NO3)2 as raw materials.The structure,morphology and element of product were characterized by XRD,SEM and EDS.The catalytic effect of PbSnO3 ultrafine powder on thermal decomposition of HMX was evaluated by DSC and TG.The results show that the initial decomposition temperature and the decomposition peak temperature of HMX added PbSnO3 ultrafine powder decrease by 10.5 and 12.2℃,respectively,and the decomposition heat of HMX added PbSnO3 ultrafine powder increases from 1350J · g-1 to 1573J · g-1.The thermal decomposition reaction kinetics of HMX/PbSnO3 were studied by non-isothermal and isothermal methods.The apparent activation energy (Ea),pre-exponential factor (A) and decomposition kinetic equation were obtained by calculation.
