整体水冷结构风水联合冷渣器在循环流化床锅炉的应用

摘  要:目前循环流化床锅炉发电厂使用的风水联合冷渣器事故频发,经常导致机组降负荷甚至停运,给电厂造成很大的经济损失。结合国内循环流化床锅炉发电厂的实际情况,针对冷渣器运行中出现的具体问题,进行了理论分析和热力计算。对冷渣器本体结构和进渣管等关键部件提出了新的设计方案和改造措施。通过设备改造和调整,冷渣器运行效果良好,可靠性大大提高和热量回收效率。Currently, the wind-water cooling cold dregs device use to accident frequency in the circulating fluidized bed boiler in power plants, often leads to unit suspended load or even fall,this make power plant to cause great economic losses.Combined with the actual situation of circulating fluidized bed boiler in power plant, according to cold dregs device occurred specific issues in operation ,the theory analysis and thermodynamic calculation was done.to put forward the new design scheme and the modification measures on cold dregs device structure and into slag tube. Through the equipment reform and adjustment, cold dregs device running effect is good, reliability and heat recovery efficiency greatly improved.
