摘　　要：京尼平及其糖苷是杜仲和栀子的主要药效成分.研究表明,京尼平及其糖苷具有保肝利胆、镇痛、解毒以及改善学习和增强性行为等作用.本研究对京尼平及其衍生物在抗老年痴呆、生物交联剂、抗血栓、降血糖和抗肿瘤作用等方面的研究进展进行综述.Genipin and its glycoside are the main pharmacodynamic constituents of Eucommia and Gardenia. It has been disclosed that genipin and its glycoside possess lots of pharmacological effects such as choleretic and hepatic protective effect, analgesic, deintoxication, improvement of learning capability, and enhancement of sexual behavior. The current paper summarized the progresses in the studies of anti- dementia, bio-crosslinking agent, anti-thrombus, antidiabetics, and anticancer for genipin and its deriva- tives.
