摘  要:在燃气管道清通工作中,一般使用皮碗清管器或球形清管器清除管道内的各种杂质及积水。清管器在管道内运行,尤其是在通过弯头、三通等处时,由于管道摩擦阻力增大,非常容易发生卡堵现象,导致清通压力迅速增大,使管道清通效率及安全性降低。基于流体力学原理,提出了清管器卡堵简化数学模型,并分别模拟皮碗清管器及球形清管器在燃气管道中的卡堵过程。Cup pigs and pigging balls are generally used to clear away various impurities and water in gas pipeline during pigging operation. However, the pigs are commonly blocked when moving through the gas pipeline, especially elbows or tee fittings as a result of higher pipeline friction resistances, which lowers the effect and safety of pipeline pigging. Based on the principle of fluid mechanics, the paper introduces a simplified pig blocking mathematical model and the operation of simulating the blockage of the cup pigs and pigging balls in gas pipeline.
