活血化瘀方药治疗突发性耳聋的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察活血化瘀方药治疗突发性耳聋的临床疗效。方法:将突发性耳聋患者106例随机分为两组:对照组(50例56耳)予静脉点滴丹参注射液,治疗组(56例62耳)在对照组给药基础上口服自拟聪耳汤,2周为1疗程,以自觉症状,舌质、纯音测听、声阻抗为主要指标,比较两组疗效。结果:治疗2个疗程后,治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为77.4%、69.9%,愈显率分别为64.5%、58.9%,两组总有效率和愈显率比较均无显著性差异(P>0.05);治疗1个疗程后,治疗组总有效率和愈显率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),且治疗组对于舌质的改善率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:聪耳汤以活血化瘀、行气通窍治疗突发性耳聋疗效确切,值得临床进一步研究利用。Objective： To observe the clinical effects of blood - activating and stasis - resolving prescription on sudden deafness. Methods： One hundred and six patients with sudden deafness were divided into two groups＇ randomly： 50 patients with 56 related ears in control group were given Danshen injection by intravenous drip while 56 patients with 62 related ears in treatment group were given Cong＇ er decoction plus Danshen injection. One treatment course lasted for 2 weeks. Subjective symptoms, tongue nature, pure tone audiometry and auditory impedance were compared as main indicators. Results： The effcaey rate of treatment group and control group were 77.4% and 69. 9% after 2 treatment courses, respectively. The cure rate of treatment group and control group were 64. 5% and 58.9%, respectively. No significant differences of the efficacy rate and cure rate between controlgroup and treatment group （P 〉 0. 05 ） ; The efficacy rate and cure rate in treatment group were significantly higher than those in control group （P 〈 0. 05 ） and the tongue nature improvement rate in treatment group were significantly higher than that in control group （P 〈 0. 05） . Conclusions： Cong＇ er decoction perform effectiveness on treating sudden deafness due to its nature of blood - aetiviating and stasis - resolving and it is worthwhile to do further researches on it.
