摘　　要：分析了示范应用型人才培养模式,从教学体系内容、教学方法、教学考核、产学研和相关思考方面提出了相关建议,结合药学专业实验实习教学改革实践进行探讨,目的是加强示范应用型药学人才的培养,提升学生综合素质。Based on the talent cultivating mode of demonstrated and applied talents , and reality of experiment and practice teaching link of pharmacy specialty, some proposals on how to cultivate the demonstrated and applied talents major in pharmacy were put forward, such as innovating the teaching content, reforming teaching method and evaluation, strengthening professional production practice ere, the purpose was to strengthen the demonstrative application -oriented talents training and improving studenta comprehensive quality.
