摘　　要：基于CIMS(Computer Integration Manufacturing System)的集生产质量评价、监控、管理于一体的质量信息系统,通过生产实时过程的SPC控制、企业生产质量现状的西格玛水平分析及离线质量检验分析等手段,可以为产品全生命周期质量管理提供全方位、多角度的技术支持,提高产品质量管理水平,并为稳步提升工艺质量、同行业对标及卷烟上水平等工作开展提供参考依据。We build the set of production quality evaluation, monitoring, management information systems in one mass. Through the production process real-time SPC control, production quality status of Sigma level analysis and off-line quality inspection and analysis and other means, the quality of the product lifecycle management provides a comprehensive, multi-angle technical support, improved product quality management and to steadily improve process quality, with the industry standard and the level of cigarettes and other work carried out to provide a reference.
