介质盒断裂原因的分析及解决措施

摘　　要：介质盒是磁选机上的主要零件,工作时产生感应磁场,将磁介质不断送入和运出分选区.介质盒是焊接件,使用一段时间后,焊缝及热影响区处在剪切应力的作用下断裂影响选矿.本文对介质盒断裂的原因进行了较全面的分析,找出了解决措施,从而提高介质盒的使用寿命,使磁选机不需要总是更换介质盒,提高了选矿效率.Medium box is a main part of magnetic separation machine, induced magnetic field is produced during it＇s work, and the magnetic medium is sent into and out of the separation zone. Medium box is a kind of weld assembly, after used for a period of time; the fracture of welding line and heat affected zone will affect mineral separation. In this paper, the reasons of the fracture were analyzed. The solving measures are obtained, the service life of the medium box and the efficiency of mineral separation are improved.
