徐大椿辨治外科疾病的临床经验

摘　　要：徐大椿所撰《洄溪医案》涉及的外科疾病占了较大比重,包括流注、项痈、对口、发背等病的诊疗经验,对现今外科疾病的治疗仍有重要参考价值。其诊疗特点主要有:辨证论治,慎用温补;和血通气,清火养阴;重视胃气,托毒外出;内外结合,重用围药。The surgical idiseases took a most proportion in HuiXi medical records written by XU Da-chun. The experiences of diagnosis and treatment about Liuzhu （multiple abscess）, Xiangyong （nape carbuncle）, Duikou （boil on the nape opposite the mouth）, Fabei （lumbodorsal carbuncle） and other diseases were included in it. They still have important referencing value for the treatment of surgical dis- eases up to now. Their characteristics of diagnosis and treatment are as follow： treatment based on differentiation of disease, carefully using the warm and nourished herbs; clearing away fire and nourishing Yin, regulating and activating blood circulation ; paying attention on the stomach QI, eliminating the toxic material out by tonification ; exterior and interior combined treatment, heavily using the surrounding drugs.
