摘 要:以耕地资源安全的涵义为基础,组建数量、质量和生态安全三个层面十七个指标来构成河池市耕地资源安全综合评价体系,其各指标权重由层次分析法确认,得出从2005年至2010年河池市的耕地资源是处于相对安全和安全状态的,且其耕地资源安全综合指数是呈逐年上升趋势的,但耕地质量指数以及耕地生态安全指数并没有实现和耕地质量指数的同步上升,将不利于河池市耕地资源安全的可持续发展。In this article, based on the connotation of cultivated land resource security, the quanti- ty security, quality security and ecological security these three aspects including seventeen indexes, we build the cultivated land resources security evaluation system of Hechi City using the analytic hier- archy process (AHP) to determine the index weight, and draw the conclusion that the cultivated land resources of Hechi City is in a state of relative safety from 2005 to 2010, and the comprehensive index of cultivated land resource security is a rising trend year by year, but the cultivated land quality safety index and ecological safety index has no synchronous rise with the cultivated land quantity safety in- dex, and it is not conducive to the Hechi City sustainable development of cultivated land resource se- curity.
