现阶段医疗纠纷的成因及对策探析

摘　　要：现阶段医患关系紧张,医疗纠纷呈现明显的上升趋势,其危害影响、补偿金额都在大幅增加。医疗纠纷的发生不但导致医院的经济受损,医护人员的正常工作受到影响,而且造成患者对医院的不信任感增加,使医患关系呈现恶性循环的趋势。通过对某地多家医院医疗纠纷的梳理总结,综合近年来相关文献报道,归纳分析医疗纠纷产生的原因,并探讨相应的防范对策。The doctor-patient relationship is tense at present, the medical dispute presents a clear upward trend, and the harmful effects, the amount of compensation is at a sharp increase trend. The occurrence of medical disputes not only lead to economy damage for the hospital, the proper work of the medical workers being affected, but also cause to distrust about the hospital. Thus the doctor-patient relationship is a vicious spiral trend gradually. This article com- prehensively summarized the medical dispute of several hospitals, synthesized recent reports in the literature, then summarized and analyzed the causes of medical disputes, and explored the corresponding countermeasures.
