2011年安徽省二、三级医院医疗资源配置分析

摘　　要：目的了解安徽省二、三级医院医疗资源现状。方法采用普查方法,调查安徽省二、三级公立综合性医院和中医医院的医疗资源的分布。结果在所调查的131家安徽省二、三级公立综合性医院和中医医院中,16家三级综合性医院有医生6 133名,护士8 527名,床位数14 599张,医护比为1∶1.39;63家二级综合性医院有医生9 749名,护士14 725名,床位数26 010张,医护比为1∶1.51;4家三级中医医院有医生1 135名,护士1 086名,床位数2 427张,医护比为1∶0.96;48家二级中医医院有医生3 539名,护士3 954名,床位数8 045张,医护比为1∶1.12。结论安徽省公立医院的医生、护士以及床位等医疗资源多集中在三级综合性医院。同卫生部规定标准相比,公立医院医护比偏低,护理人员配置不足。建议应结合实际情况在各级医院间合理配置各种医疗资源,并增加护理人员数量,使之与全省医疗保健需求相适应。Objectives To identify the medical resources allocation of secondary and tertiary hospitals in Anhui Province. Methods Census method was used to investigate the allocation of medical resources of secondary and ter- tiary general hospitals and hospitals of traditional Chinese medicine. Results There are 131 secondary and tertiary general hospitals and hospitals of traditional Chinese medicine. In the sixteen tertiary general hospitals, there were 6 133 doctors, 8 527 nurses, and 14 599 beds. The doctor-nurse ratio was 1 ： 1.39. In the sixty-three secondary general hospitals, there were 9 749 doctors, 14 725 nurses, and 26 010 beds. The doctor-nurse ratio was 1 ~ 1.51. In the four tertiary hospitals of traditional Chinese medicine, there were 1 135 doctors, 1 086 nurses, and 2 427 beds. The doctor-nurse ratio was 1 ： 0.96. In the forty-eight secondary hospitals of traditional Chinese medicine, there were 3 539 doctors, 3 954 nurses, and 8 045 beds. The doctor-nurse ratio was 1 ： 1. 12. Conclusions The medical resource （doctors, nurses, beds） are mainly concentrated in tertiary general hospitals. The doctor-nurse ra- tio of hospitals in Anhui province is much lower than the standard set by the Ministry of Health of China. There- fore, the medical resources should be reallocated, and the number of nurses should be increased to fit the need of health care in Anhui province.
