摘 要:提出一种改进的非线性正交反馈补偿磁链观测方法。该方法利用PI调节器对补偿量进行调节,使反电动势和磁链正交。提出了滤波器截止频率的选取方法,根据不同的转速选取截止频率,满足不同转速下磁链观测精度的要求。将该方法与新型无误差电压模型磁链观测法分别作为无刷双馈感应电机直接转矩控制系统中控制绕组和功率绕组的磁链观测方法。试验结果表明,两种磁链观测法均能有效消除u-i模型的积分漂移,且较好地解决了控制绕组频率接近零时磁链观测不准的问题,使无刷双馈感应电机直接转矩控制系统控制绕组频率接近零时仍能够获得较好的稳态及动态性能。The flux estimating method with improved nonlinear perpendicular feedback compensation was proposed. The PI regulator was used to rectify compensation in this method, which made the back electromotive force and the flux perpendicular. The method of selecting the cut-off frequency of filter was proposed, the cut-off frequency was selected according to different speeds to meet accuracy requirements of flux estimator at different speeds. This method and a new type of error-free flux estimator based on voltage model were applied in control winding and power winding of brushless doubly-fed induction machine as flux estimating method respectively. Experiments had shown that two kinds of flux estimator could eliminate integral drift of u-i model effectively, the problem of inaccuracy of flux estimator when the frequency of control winding was close to zero solved elegantly by the method proposed, which made the BDFIM based on direct torque control system achieve better steady and dynamic performances even when the frequency of control wending was close to zero, the correctness of the method proposed was proved.
