摘　　要：目的探讨CCU危重患者应用PICCO监测指导治疗的护理体会。方法自2011年9月—2012年7月期间,对CCU25例危重患者进行PICCO监测指导治疗,并给予从导管护理至心理护理等全方位护理措施。结果 22例患者病情好转出院,3例患者抢救无效死亡,抢救成功率达88%。结论对于PICCO新技术的开展,必须对护士进行规范化的专业培训,不但要掌握PICCO的正确测量方法,而且要熟知各参数的正常值、异常值及其临床意义,遵医嘱对患者进行精细的容量管理,以调整患者心功能达最佳水平。Objective To discuss the nursing of critical patients in CCU who receive treatment supervised by PICCO monitoring. Methods From September, 2011 to July, 2012, 25 critical patients in CCU were given the treatment supervised by PICCO moni- toring and comprehensive nursing such as catheter care, mental nursing and so on. Results Of the 25 patients, 22 improved and discharged, 3 died after invalid rescue. The success rate of rescue is 88%. Conclusion In order to adjust the patients＂ cardiac function to the optimal level, nurses must receive normative and professional training of advanced techniques of PICCO, master the correct measuring procedures of PICCO, be familiar with normal value, abnormal value and clinical significance of the parameters and follow the doctor＇s orders and administer the patients＂ fluid elaborately,.
