妇科盆腔炎患者81例的中药灌肠治疗效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨中药灌肠治疗在妇科盆腔炎患者中的实际临床效果。方法选择2010年4月—2012年6月间该院妇科所收治的妇科盆腔炎患者160例,并给与不同的治疗方式分组进行了治疗效果的对比研究。结果中医治疗组较西医对照组在治愈率、显效率以及总有效率方面差异有统计学意义,同时临床未发现有显著的严重不良反应。结论临床上进行西药抗菌消炎的同时进行中药灌肠方式,则能够有效为患者疏通经络并促进炎症消退结果,同时能够改善粘连组织进而优化患者临床症状。Objective To discuss the effect of Chinese herbs coloclysis on female patients with pelvic inflammation. Methods 160 patients with pelvic inflammation admitted in Department of Gynecology of our hospital from April, 2010 to June, 2012 were se- lected and divided into two groups, The two groups were given olifferent trratments. The efficacies of the two groups were com- pared. Results The curative rate, markedly effective rate and total effective rate of the Chinese medicine treatment group were sig- nificantly higher than those of the Western medicine control group with no severe adverse reactions, the differences were statisti- cally significant. Conclusion In treating patients with pelvic inflammation, Chinese herbs coloclysis treatment combined with an- tibiotics can effectively dredge meridian, promote inflammation subsided, improve the adhesion tissue and reduce clinical symp- toms.
