游离髂腹股沟皮瓣修复手部皮肤软组织缺损的治疗效果

摘　　要：目的探讨游离髂腹股沟皮瓣修复手部皮肤软组织缺损的治疗效果。方法对手部软组织缺损15例患者皮肤软组织缺损的部位及大小设计游离髂腹股沟皮瓣修复,皮辩面积4.0 cm×4.0 cm^6.0 cm×10.0 cm。结果 15例皮瓣全部成活,1例出现缝线反应,1例出现皮瓣供血障碍,经相应处理后好转;随访6个月~2年,皮瓣质地、厚度、外观恢复良好,手外形恢复满意率为80%,功能恢复满意率为73.3%。结论髂腹股沟皮瓣供区隐蔽,皮瓣切取方便,质地良好,修复手部皮肤软组织缺损简单易行,效果好。Objective To explore the curative effect of free iliac groin skin flap on the repair of hand skin soft tissue defect. Methods 15 cases of patients with hand skin soft tissue defect were treated with free iliac groin skin flap repair according to the defect parts and sizes, skin flap areas were from 4.0 era^4.0 cm to 6.0cmxl0.0cm. Results All the flaps survived in 15 cases, 1 case appeared suture reaction, 1 case occurred flap blood supply obstacles, but improved after corresponding treatment. The pa- tients were followed up from 6 months to 2 years. The recovery of flap texture, thickness and appearance was good; the hand shape recovery satisfaction rate was 80%, functional recovery satisfaction rate was 73.3%. Conclusion Iliae groin skin flap has good ef- fects on the repair of hand skin soft tissue defect with concealed flap supplied site, convenient flap taking, good flap texture and easy operation.
