少腹逐瘀汤加味治疗寒凝气滞血瘀型痛经的探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨少腹逐瘀汤加味治疗寒凝气滞血瘀型痛经的疗效。方法将71例寒凝气滞血瘀型痛经患者随机分成2组,治疗组36例服用少腹逐瘀汤加味,对照组35例服用艾附暖宫丸。结果治疗组36例,痊愈23例,显效7例,好转3例,无效3例,总有效率91.67%;对照组35例,痊愈10例,显效5例,好转8例,无效12例,总有效率65.71%。治疗组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论少腹逐瘀汤加味治疗寒凝气滞血瘀型痛经的疗效确切,优于艾附暖宫丸。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of modified Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction on dysmenorrhea in model with Qi stag- nation and blood stasis due to cold accumulation. Methods Totally 71 cases were randomized into treatment group （36 cases） and control group （35 cases）.The treatment group was treated with modified Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction, and the control group was treated with Aifu Nuangong Pill. Results Of the 36 cases in the treatment group, 23 were cured,7 exhibited apparent effects,3 general ef- fects,3 without effects and the total effective rate was 91.67%. Of the 35 cases in the control group,10 were cured,5 exhibited ap- parent effects,8 with general effects,12 without effects and the total effective rate was 65.71%. The total effective rate in treatment group was higher than that in control group. The difference between the two groups was significant（P〈0.01） Conclusion The mod- ified Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction on dysmenorrhea in model with Qi stagnation and blood stasis due to cold accumulation was quite effective and better than Aifu Nuangong Pill.
