该院住院药房医疗用毒性药品管理分析

摘　　要：目的加强该院住院药房医疗用毒性药品管理。方法结合该院医疗用毒性药品的使用及管理情况,查阅相关文献,对所得数据加以整理,分析。结果医疗用毒性药品管理的相关制度不够完善,工作人员对医疗用毒性药品重视不足,药房对医疗用毒性药品的管理仍存在安全隐患,提出合理化建议。结论建议相关部门进一步完善医疗用毒性药品管理制度,规范医疗用毒性药品的管理,保障临床安全用药。Objective To improve the management of toxic drugs for medicinal use in inpatients dispensary of our hospital. Methods The use and management of toxic drugs for medicinal use in our hospital were collated and analyzed with reviewing the pertinent documents. Results The problems existing in the management of toxic drugs for medicinal use in inpatients dispensary of our hospital mainly are the following： The relevant management system of the toxic drugs for medicinal use is not perfect, the staff do not pay enough attention to the toxic drugs, and there is potential safety hazard in the management of the toxic drugs. And reasonable suggestions are put forward. Conclusion In order to ensure the safety of clinical medication, it is advisable for relevant departments to further improve the management system and standardize the management of toxic drugs for medicinal use.
