早期筛查并识别尿源性脓毒症在泌尿系统碎石术后患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨泌尿系结石碎石术后早期判断并治疗尿源性脓毒症的方法。方法回顾性分析该院泌尿外科16例微创碎石术后并发尿源性脓毒症患者的诊治经过。结果 16例患者经过液体复苏、抗感染、抗栓及器官功能保护等治疗,全部治愈出院。结论针对钬激光碎石术后出现寒战、血压下降及呼吸困难的患者应早期筛查尿源性脓毒症,并给予集束化治疗,可有效缩短患者住院时间,益于早期康复。Objective To study the ways for early diagnosis and treatment of urine-induced sepsis patients after urinary lithotripsy. Methods The diagnosis and treatment of 16 patients with urine-induced sepsis after minimally invasive lithotripsy admitted in Department of Urinary Surgery of our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Results All the 16 patients were cured and discharged after the treatment of fluid resuscitation, anti infection, anti thrombus and organ function protection. Conclusion Early diagnosis and bundle treatment of urine-induced sepsis should be given to patients with chills, blood pressure decrease and breathing difficulties after holmium laser lithotripsy, which can effectively shorten the length of stay and be beneficial to the early rehabilitation of the patients.
