摘 要:目的探讨银翘散防治感染性疾病的作用及机制。方法 18只新西兰大耳大白兔随机分为空白组、模型组和银翘组。模型组及银翘组经耳静脉注射内毒素造模,0.5 h将银翘组用银翘散灌胃,模型组及空白组灌入等量蒸馏水,2 h后心脏采血,用ELISA法检测白介素-1β(IL-1β)、白介素-10(IL-10)的表达,用生化常规法检测WBC计数。结果与空白组比较,模型组IL-1β的表达、WBC计数明显高于空白组(P<0.01);与模型组比较,银翘组IL-1β的表达、WBC计数明显低于模型组(P<0.01);与空白组比较,银翘组IL-1β、WBC计数无明显差异(P>0.05);空白组、模型组、银翘组IL-10的表达无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论银翘散在早期可能是通过抑制炎性因子来控制内毒素血症的炎症发展。Objective To discuss the effects and mechanism of Yinqiao Powder on the preven- tion and control of infectious diseases. Methods 18 New Zealand big ear rabbits were random- ly divided into blank group, model group and Yinqiao group. The model group and Yinqiao group were injected with endotoxin via ear vein. Yinqiao group irrigated with medicine, model group and blank group were irrigated with distilled water in an equal volume after modeled for 0.5 hours. Ar- diae blood was taken after two hours, and the expression levels of interleukin 1β(IL-1β), interleukin 10 (L-10) in serum samples were detected using ELISA, the number of WBC was counted using biochemical routine methods. Results Compared with the blank group, IL-1β expression level and WBC number in model group was significantly higher (P〈0.01). Compared with model group, IL-1β expression level and WBC number in Yinqiao group was significantly lower (P〈0.01). Compared with the blank group, IL-1β expression level and WBC number in Yinqiao group was not significantlyaltered (P〉0.05). There were no obvious differences between the blank group, model group and Yinqiao group in the expression of IL-10 (P〉0.05). Conclusion Yinqiao Powder may control the development of inflammation in early phase of endotoxemia through the inhibition of the ex- pression of inflammatory factor.
