摘 要:目的加强五倍子资源综合利用,在不会影响其它主要成分(包括单宁酸和没食子酸)的正常利用情况下,研究五倍子及五倍子倍花油脂的最佳提取工艺。方法以五倍子不同品种为原料,对提取溶剂、溶剂的用量、提取次数进行考察;采用正交试验方法确定最佳提取工艺并进行中试生产,再运用紫外—可见分光光度法确定该工艺对后续生产的主要产物单宁酸品质的影响。结果以溶剂回流提取法为手段,提取溶剂选取植物油抽提溶剂,以料液比1∶14提取2次,每次提取时间6 h,物料粉碎粒度为65目,提取温度70℃。结论此工艺对后续生产中单宁酸品质无影响,产品质量稳定,工艺可靠。Objective To improve the comprehensive utilization of gallnut resource, the optimal extraction technology of oil from Chinese Gallnut and Beihua was discussed under the condition of having no affect on the normal use of other major components including tannin and gallic acid. Methods With different varieties of Chinese Gallnut as raw materials, extraction methods, extraction solvents, solvent amounts and extracting times were observed. The optimal extraction technology was determined by orthogonal experimental methods. Finally, the affect of the production process on the quality of tannins was determined using ultraviolet-speetrophotometry method. Results The opti- mal extraction method is as follows: vegetable oil extraction solvent as extractant, ratio of material to liquid=1:14, reflux extraction for 2 times, 6 hours for each time, material crushing particle size= 65 mesh, the temperature of 70 ℃. Conclusion The extraction technology had no effect on the quality of tannic acid, quality of product is stable and technology is reliable.
