超声心动图评价肾移植前后心功能变化

摘　　要：目的　观察 49例肾移植患者手术前后的心脏形态与功能的变化 ,探讨其变化因素。方法　应用二维超声心动图检测肾移植前 2 4h与术后 2 8～ 31d心脏形态及功能。结果　手术后所有反映心脏形态的测值 ,除室间隔与左室后壁厚度无显著性差异外 ,其它指标均明显小于手术前。结论　肾移植后 ,随着尿量增多及体内毒素的大量排出 。Objective To investigate the variations in size and function of heart, before and after kidney transplantation .Methods Two dimensional echocardiography is used to assess the size and function of heart at 24 hours before and 28～31days after kidney transplantation in 49 patinets.Results All indexes reflecting heart size and function except for the thickness of ventricular septum and posterior wall were improved after operation.Conclusions After kidney transplantation , the size and function of heart are evidently improved with increasing of urination and elimination of toxin.
