摘　　要：中关村、武汉东湖和上海张江国家自主创新示范区建设以来,中央部门、示范区所在省(市)部门、示范区先后推出一系列促进示范区提高创新能力的新举措。本文评价了股权和分红激励等六方面的科技创新试点政策,着重分析政策着力点、实施效果、存在问题与建议等。Since the construction of National Innovation Demonstration Zone （NIDZ） , such as Zhongguancun, Donghu of Wuhan and Zhangjiang of Shanghai, a series of innovation policies have been issued by central government, local government and NIDZ, to im- prove innovation ability. This paper analyses equity and dividend incentive policy and other pilot policies, evaluates these policies＇ ob- jectiveness, effect, exiting problems, and gives some suggestions.
