摘 要:轴承磨损寿命与系统动力学特性密切相关,为了准确预测行星齿轮传动系统的轴承磨损寿命,提出了基于动力学模型的行星齿轮传动系统的轴承磨损寿命预测。首先运用集中参数理论,建立了一个考虑轴承磨损的行星齿轮传动系统平移-扭转动力学模型;然后运用摩擦学理论,建立滚动轴承单周接触的磨损量计算模型,结合行星齿轮传动系统动力学模型,建立轴承磨损寿命预测模型;最后分析了轴承磨损对轴承动态载荷和轴承磨损寿命的影响规律,并提出了提高轴承磨损寿命的方法。分析表明,轴承磨损对行星轮轴承动态载荷影响最大,并且行星轮轴承的磨损寿命与其刚度成正比,因此可通过轴承径向间隙补偿或轴向预紧等方法来提高行星轮轴承磨损寿命。Bearing wearing life is closely related with dynamics characteristics mounted, so in order to accurately predict wear life of bearing used on planetary gears, of bearing for planetary gear transmission system based on dynamic model is presented. of system in which beating is a wear life prediction approach Firstly, a translation- torsional dynamics model of planetary gear transmission system involving bearing wear is built. Then, a computation model of beating wearing capacity is established by use of tribology theory, and a prediction model of bearing wear life based on two aforementioned models is established. Finally, the impacts of bearing wear on the bearing dynamic loads and bear- ing wear life is analyzed, and the methods of improving the bearing wear life is presented. The analysis resuh indicates there is a more significant impact of the bearing wear on the bearing dynamic loads, and the bearing wear life of a planet is proportional to its stiffness, so the methods, such as the radial clearance compensation and axial precompres- sion of a bearing, can be applied to improve the bearing wear
