摘  要:齿轮是现代工业中最重要的传递动力的机械零件之一,开发受力状况良好的新型结构一直是这一领域的研究前沿。圆弧齿线圆柱齿轮是一种新型传动机构,首先阐述了其成型原理,在坐标变换和空间啮合理论的基础上,推导其齿面方程。运用UG/grip语言,开发了符合实际加工过程的圆弧齿线圆柱齿轮的自动生成程序,实现了圆弧齿线圆柱齿轮理论模型的参数化造型,且分析得出了圆弧齿线圆柱齿轮副正确啮合的条件。Gear is one of the most important mechanical parts of the transmission power in the modem industry, develop a new gear with good force condition is the research frontier in this field. Taking cylindrical gears with curvi- linear shape tooth as research plant, firstly, the forming principle is discussed, the tooth surface equation of cylindri- cal gears with curvilinear shape teeth is deduced based on the coordinate transformation and space meshing theory. Secondly, the auto- generation program of it is developed by using UG/grip, which can meet the actual machining process. By analyzing the modeling principle and meshing motion of curvilinear gear, the correct meshing condition of curvilinear gear is obtained, the necessary theoretical basis for the design of curvilinear gear is provided.
