颈静脉扩张症——2例报告并文献复习

摘　　要：目的　通过对颈静脉扩张症的手术治疗 ,观察单纯手术方法对其治疗的效果。方法　分析 2例颈外静脉扩张症病例 ,了解其症状、体征等临床特征。结果　 2病例术后随访 ,效果较佳。结论　对于颈静脉扩张症 ,可以用B超、MRI和血管扩张处造影来确诊 。Objective To improve the recognition of carotid vein dilation, acquainted with the disease, to increase therapeutic effect. Methods 2 cases of carotid vein dilation are reported with review of the literature. We analyses the clinical feature, diagnosis and the methods of treatment. Results 2 patients were followed up 12 and 4 months after operation respectively, and obtained the cure. Conclusion For the painless and compressible mass, the particular examination may exactly diagnoses carotid vein dilation. The operation is only method of treatment.
