摘　　要：中国计划生育已经走过了30多年的历程,当前处在一个新经济背景下的转型社会,计划生育政策的调整已成为社会与学界共同关注的热点问题。本研究根据对江浙沪粤三省一市人口和计划生育基层干部的调查,通过他们的视角与他们在工作实践中遇到的现实问题,对现行人口和计划生育政策调整的迫切性与重要性提出自己的观点。After having been carried out over 30 years, the current strict birth control policy is now at the point of whether to continue or to change. According to a attitude survey on FP administrative workers at both county and township levels in Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Shanghai and Guangdong provinces, this article presents the opinions and evaluations of these FP workers on current birth control policies. The survey shows that most FP workers consider it necessary to loosen the birth control policy as soon as possible.
