摘　　要："宽带中国"已上升为国家战略,"光进铜退"是大势所趋,而大部分有线电视接入网还只热衷于铜网建设。对目前传统有线电视接入网的两种典型方式进行了分析研究,提出了一种新的有线电视接入网建设模式,即"光纤同轴双入户,单向双向齐发展",这是有线电视网络融入"宽带中国"战略中最为紧迫的战略抉择。＂Broadband China＂ has been risen to national strategy, and ＂Fiber in and Copper out＂ is the trend of times, and most of the CATV access networks are only keen to copper network construction. In this paper, the two traditional typical CATV access networks are analyzed, and a new CATV access network constructional mode called ＂Fiber coaxial double to the home, one-way two-way development＂ is proposed. This is the most urgent strategic choice for CATV to enter the strategy of ＂Broadband China＂.
