绿色住宅三维评价模型和评价方法研究

摘　　要：为提高绿色住宅评价的科学性,推进我国绿色住宅评价体系和评价方法的完善,在比较中国绿色建筑评价标准、德国DGNB可持续建筑评估体系以及英国可持续住宅体系的基础上,结合中国住宅建筑的特点和实际情况,从使用质量、资源节约和经济质量3个层面构建绿色住宅评价体系。运用主成分分析法判定指标间的相关性,结合层次分析法确定各指标权重,用三维空间评价模型对绿色住宅等级进行划分。该评估方法为我国绿色住宅评价提供新思路,为完善绿色建筑评价标准提供理论参考。To increase the scientific nature of the green house evaluation and improve the evaluation system and method of green house, China Standard of Green Building, German System of Sustainable Building Certificate and British Code for Sustainable Home are compared and an evaluation index system of green house is built from three aspects of using quality, resource conservation and economic quality. The correlation between indexes is determined using Principal Component Analysis and the weight of each index is determined using Analytical Hierarchy Process. Finally, green residential level is divided into a three-dimensional evaluation model.
