摘 要:研究了双氧水/硫脲体系在羊毛低温染色中的作用,通过对双氧水/硫脲体系用于羊毛活性染料低温染色的单因素实验,确定保温温度、保温时间、双氧水与硫脲物质的量比,双氧水与硫脲的浓度,元明粉的用量,染浴的pH值等参数。从而获得在活性染料中羊毛低温染色的最佳工艺为:双氧水、硫脲的浓度分别为0.045 mol/L和0.015 mol/L,75℃下保温50 min,元明粉的用量为3%(owf),pH值为4.9,与常规染色工艺相比,该工艺保温温度降低了20℃,保温时间缩短了10 min,上染百分率提高了18.05%,单纤维强力提高了2.79 cN。This study determines the holding temperature, holding time, the ratio of the amount of substance and the concentration of hydrogen peroxide and thiourea, the amount of sodium sulfate, dye bath pH value and other parameters by hydrogen peroxide/thiourea system for low temperature dyeing of wool reactive dyes single factor experiment. Thereby obtaining the optimum technology of low temperature wool dyeing with reactive dyes: the concentration of hydrogen peroxide/thiourea were 0. 045 mol/L and O. 015 mol/L, holding temperature was 75 ℃, holding time was 50 min, sodium sulphate was used in an amount of 3% (owf) , the pH value was 4.9. The process compared with conventional dyeing, holding temperature reduced 20 ℃, holding time was shortened 10 minutes, the dye uptake increased by 18.05% and single fiber strength increased 2.79 cN.
